DSA Agreement Summary – Vasim Finance
This Direct Selling Agent (DSA) Agreement establishes a partnership between Vasim Finance and the appointed agent, who will act as a referral partner for financial products offered through banks, housing finance companies, and NBFCs.
The DSA is appointed as a non-exclusive partner responsible for sourcing potential customers, sharing their details, and assisting in document collection. This role does not constitute an employer-employee relationship; the DSA operates independently.
The agreement covers multiple financial products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Balance Transfer Loans, Builder Funding, and other products introduced by the company.
The DSA earns commission only after successful loan disbursement and receipt of payout from the lender. Commission rates vary by product, with up to 1% for home loans and LAP, and up to 3% for business and personal loans. Payments are processed via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or bank transfer within 15 to 45 working days, subject to TDS deductions as per applicable laws.
The DSA must ensure ethical practices by sourcing genuine customers, providing accurate information, and avoiding any misleading commitments regarding loan approval, interest rates, or charges. Activities such as collecting unauthorized fees, submitting fake documents, or misusing the company name are strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
Confidentiality of customer data, documents, and company policies must be maintained at all times. The DSA is also restricted from bypassing the company to directly deal with lenders or clients for commission purposes.
Marketing activities may include digital platforms, social media, and personal networks, provided they adhere to ethical standards and avoid false claims.
The agreement is valid for one year and may be renewed with mutual consent. The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.
In case of disputes, both parties will attempt amicable resolution, failing which the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law and courts. The agreement also includes provisions for indemnity, force majeure, and confirms that any modifications must be documented in writing.
